The average berth-wating time was 2.1 h/vessel and departure-waiting time was 2.2 h/vessel. The Net productivity was 44.5 cont/vessel.h and Portstay Productivity was 37.0 cont/h/vessel. The maximum productivity of 67.2 cont/vessel.h was achieved when handling Vessel UNIPACIFIC 98B at TerminalB. In the week, the portstay productivity was slightly deceased by 0.8% compared with last week, which was resulted from the lateness of vessels for schedule, large amount of vessels calling at Catlai at the weekend, unexpected brokenness of facilities (cranes) and the unconvenience of tide.
The occupancy pressure of reefer CY was also decreased (from 93.6% to 83.7%) thank to closed combination among involving departments and the increase of A Chau Depot’s plugs to 72 units.
