During week 39 Cat Lai port handled 41 vessels, a decrease of 1 vessel in comparison with the previous week. The average berth-stay time was 20.0 h/vessel and departing-waiting time was 196 h/vessel (increased by 0.3 h/vessel). Net productivity was 47.8 cont/vessel/h and Port stay Productivity was 41.4 cont/h/vessel. The maximum productivity was 67.4 cont/vessel/h when handle Vessel OOCL- MANILA_ OCL- 33A/E. It can be said that: the vessel releasing productivity (both Net and Port stay) of Cat Lai Port slightly decreased (Net: 0.8 cont/h, Port stay: 0.2 cont/h) due to bad weather and heavy and constant rain especially in afternoon and evening. These caused the difficulties and interruption on vessel handling. Berth-operation was stable without pressure of congestion. The yard occupancy and operation were large. Several vessels, completing handling in a relatively short time, were compelled to wait for high tide for unberthing, which resulted in a minor drop in Port stay productivity.
