In Quarter I/2012, total warehouse throughput reached 100,000 tons. The majority of imported and exported cargoes in bonded warehouse were coffee bean, furniture, stationery and in general warehouse were coffee bean, confectionery.
Currently, Tan Cang - Long Binh ICD is operating 7 warehouses with total area of 124,000 sqm including: bonded warehouse, general warehouse, CFS warehouse, Coolant warehouse and DG warehouse. The average warehouse capacity is 95% meeting the demand of importers/ exporters, Forwarding enterprises. Another new warehouse with area of 15,300 sqm is going to be completed in this June.
Long Binh empty Container Depot
Besides warehouse service, Tan Cang - Long Binh ICD also operates transportation service for LCL and FCL, route to the South, helps customers to deliver cargoes to cities and provinces in the North, the Central and Mekong delta. Currently, we are providing service to Amway to transport their products from our warehouse to Can Tho city, Vinh city , Hung Yen province and Hanoi capital with average volume of 120 conts/month.
Since March 1st, 2012, the company has officially operated Long Binh Empty Depot with total area of 15,6 ha and provides M&R, lift on/off container services at depot. Shipping Lines who are using our depot services are MSC, HJC, APL, YML, MAE, NYK, …etc. With competitive and flexible pricing strategy, high quality services, and huge demand for empty container from enterprises at surrounding Industrial parks, Long Binh Depot is gaining trust from customers, shipping lines in the coming time.
