In May 2010, TCL continues its projects with the relating bodies. The Sunimex project- TCL together with Ben Thanh JS Company and Thu Thiem Investment JS Company have completed the business plans and essential procedures for the establishment of Tan Cang- Ben Thanh Company. This company shall develop the warehouses and depot for empty storage on the land of 10 hectares which is located next to the Cat Lai terminal. TCL has also signed the Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU) for the establishment of Tan Cang- Cai Mep ICD, worked with the Planning and Investment department of Baria Vung Tau for the formalities for the company establishment and organised the meeting of the founding shere holders of Tan Cang- cai Mep ICD. The cargoes registered at the customs agent of TCL has increased impressively in May. TCL has also consulted for some companies on the import of the Project Cargo and worked on the freight forwarder’s services. TCL has been making the survey for the trucking between HO Chi Minh city, Baria -Vung tau & Lam Dong Provinces.
The shipping JS company No 2- a subsidiary of TCL has been deploying the barging services linking Ho Chi Minh city, Mekong Delta provinces and Thi Vai Cai Mep deep sea terminals since January 2010 and now has the barging route from Ho Chi Minh city to My Thoi terminal (An Giang Province) and vice versa.
