On 28, November 2012, SNP held the Shipping Line Appreciation Party to thank the carriers who are using SNP’s services. The meeting was an opportunity for SNP to update the carriers about SNP’s operation news & business achievements, the investment & development of the new facilities as well as its direction in the time to come.

After two years operational, thanks to the valuable support of the carriers and shippers/ consignees, the volume at TCIT during the first 9 months of 2012 has doubles those of the same time in 2011.

On 07/09/2012, Saigon Newport Corporation held the meeting with forwarding and logistics companies who are using SNP services at Tan Cang, Tan Cang – Cat Lai, ICD Tan Cang – Song Than and ICD Tan Cang – Long Binh. The meeting was an opportunity for SNP to express sincere thanks to forwarding and logistics companies for the strong cooperation in the past years.

Tan Cang Logistics (TCL) is one subsidiary of Saigon Newport Corp.- the leading terminal operator in VietNam. Since September 2012, we have deployed the LCL container consolidation service (dry cargo) transported by sea and air to Singapore, Thailand, Europe, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Cambodia, South Korea , Dubai, USA, etc. particularly, we stuff the cargo for the services on Wednesday and Friday weekly to Singapore and Shanghai.

Executing the emulation movement "Saigon New Port Corporation contributed to the construction of new rural areas", The Youth Union of SNP has donated 500 million VND to build three bridges in Thuong Phuoc 1 Commune, Hong Ngu District, Dong Thap province.
