During week 32, Cat Lai port handled 42 vessels, a decrease of 7 vessels in comparison with the previous week. The average berth-stay time was 18.4 h/vessel and departure-waiting time was 2.4 h/vessel. The Net productivity was 46.0 cont/vessel/h and Port stay Productivity was 42.1 cont/h/vessel. The maximum productivity of 73.5 cont/vessel/h which was witnessed by Vessel STX SINGAPORE_SPO_V:28N at Terminal B. Thus, this week, the vessel releasing productivity was increased comparing with last week (Net productivity: 3.2 cont/h, Port stay productivity was decreased by 1.2 cont/h). The traffic congestion situation on inter provincial Road 25B was relieved, which facilitated the delivery and receiving cargoes of the clients at Cat lai Port. Several vessels, completing handling in a relatively short time, were compelled to wait for high tide for unberthing, which resulted in a minor drop in Port stay productivity.
