Long Binh Depot has an area of 15,6 ha for empty container with capacity 15,000 Teus. Long Binh Depot also has a dedicated area of 1.6 ha for M&R with IICL standard. The handling Equipment of Long Binh Depot includes 6 Mijack Transtainers, 03 reach stackers, the modern Management System links to those of Saigon Newport Corporation and its subsidiaries. The longterm experienced staff in the delivering and receiving of empty containers form SNP are now working in Long Binh Depot. There are 14 shipping Lines having their empty containers in/out of Long Binh Depot regularly. The shipping lines highly appreciate the service quality of Long Binh Depot especially in term of the FIFO management, the timely and accurate inventory reports, M & R tariff and quality meet the expectation of the shipping Lines.
Long Binh Depot has an advantageous location next to Long Binh ICD which has the biggest system of warehouses in Dong Nai province with 5 warehouses of 90,000 sqm being operational fully and some other warehouses are going to complete the construction in the time to come. Another favorable factor of Long Binh depot is that it is located next to the industrial Parks Bien Hoa 1, Bien Hoa 2, Amata, Loteco as well as near the other industrial Parks of Sonadezi and Nhon Trach. Long Binh Depot is the ideal choice for the consignees/ shippers of Dong Nai province to return their empty containers after de-stuffing at the warehouses of Long Binh ICD or their own warehouses as well as to pick up the empty containers for stuffing the export cargo.
