Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal Co., Ltd (TCIT) is a joint venture established in 2009 by the biggest terminal operator in Vietnam, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) and three leading shipping companies: Hanjin Shipping (HJS), Mitsui O.
